As we work, we take precautions to protect your floors from muddy boot prints, partition off work areas to contain dust, and even use HEPA filters, when appropriate, to clean the air as we work. Our goal is to care for your whole home, not just the area we are renovating.

After more than 20 years in the insurance industry, Marc recognized a growing need for reliable, competent home services in the Indianapolis area. Having grown up in a family who was well-versed in home renovation and repair, he founded Fairchild Renovations in 2010. Marc’s commitment to best-in-class service, genuine relationships, and integrity shines through every project performed by Fairchild Renovations.
When Marc is not working, he can be found spending time with his wife, Stephanie, his daughter, Grace, and Teddy, their Cockapoo. He and Grace often spend their daddy-daughter time sketching, painting, riding bikes, and fishing. As a family, Marc, Stephanie, and Grace are grateful to serve together at their church as well.
